Company History:

We began in 1994 as a small company dedicated to offering exceptional services and expertise to a small number of past clients and new clients referred to us by our years of contacts in Sedona, the Verde Valley and Northern Arizona.  Incorporating in 1995, we added equipment and computers that allowed us to expand into property management, also adding greater sales and marketing capabilities, we began offering Resort Time Share resales, learning the complex resale requirements of our area resorts.

Moving to our new location in 1997 in the West Sedona Financial Center, our high profile services became more requested. Since that time, we have adding Commercial Shopping Center Management and Leasing, Homeowner's Association Management and Residential and Commercial Property Management.
